My friend Robbie got extremely bored at work today and found some dirt that may actually help. Feel free to follow these to get some action taken. If enough of us complain, maybe we can get a tower installed somewhere. I have a roof deck they could use, if I get my rent and phone bill paid.
Instructions after the jump
Hello friends,
So today i decided to waste some time at work and look up the corporate number for att. The woman I spoke to said I will get a call back within 24-48 hours by someone in the office of the president. The number is 1-800-403-3302. When you get the menu you want to hit #6. When an operator picks up, tell him you've tried talking to customer service about our problem but nothing happens and you would like to speak to someone in the office of the president about this problem. Also, if they ask if you've spoken to a manager at customer service say yes but it didnt help.Make sure to mention the following:
- we get terrible to no signal at all in our house. to make phone calls we have to go outside or hold our phone to the window.
- walking the streets of our neighborhood, calls drop frequently and sometimes there is no signal at all.
- we live near the national zoo and rock creek park which are popular jogging and hiking spots. it is dangerous to run there in the first place, let alone without any cell coverage god forbid something should happen.
I also mentioned the fact that there are six users in our house and many more in surrounding houses. Mention that we love the phone and we get great reception everywhere else except for in and around our house. and for that reason, we are awaiting Verizon to get the iphone, unless of course att can fix this problem bc we otherwise "love" their service. also mention the fact that we live in a pretty well off area of dc with lots of yuppies and unbelievable amounts of iphones in our area.
Get on this quick and maybe we can get this thing fixed.
We are now the fellowship of the iphone. godspeed.
robbie
